- Strava Rapha Rising Challenge (8800 metres in 9 days; completed in 4 outings in 5 days; climbed 9685m in all)

- Montreal Rock N’ Roll Half Marathon (1:35:59; the weekend after riding 522km)
- New York City Marathon (marathon #18) – new personal best of 3:13:18 on a very windy course (gust of 40-50 km/h) and beat Boston Marathon 2016 qualifying time by over 12 minutes)
