  • 34.6km team time trial with personal average speed of 40.8 km/h
  • 261km group and solo ride (SBLG to Granby to Valcourt and back for longest ride of the year)
  • Chet Warman Memorial Ride (aka Six Gaps) (252km and 12,000 feet of climbing)
  • 2 x (Whiteface Mountain + 80km)
  • Strava Rapha Rising Challenge (8800 metres in 9 days; completed in 4 outings in 5 days; climbed 9685m in all)
  • Make-A-Wish charity ride (522km)
  • Montreal Rock N’ Roll Half Marathon (1:35:59; the weekend after riding 522km)
  • New York City Marathon (marathon #18) – new personal best of 3:13:18 on a very windy course (gust of 40-50 km/h) and beat Boston Marathon 2016 qualifying time by over 12 minutes)
  • Over 6400km of road-riding
  • Over 2500km of running

2015

  • Complete 30 marathons by the age of 50
    • As of Nov 2016, I am sitting at 27 marathons at the age of 46
  • Complete 60 marathons by the age of 60
  • Qualify for and participate in Paris-Brest-Paris (France) endurance road race
    • 1200km of riding in a maximum of 90 hours
